WATER TANK AND MUD FLAPS ON THE 2021 BOREAS XT OFFROAD CAMPER
The 2021 Boreas Campers XT comes with a 30-gallon water tank and mud flaps!
The water tank was upgraded from a 20-gallon tank on the previous model. This water source supplies both the sink in the galley kitchen and the hot water shower on the passenger side. The tank is housed under the cabin in the frame, and is protected by a skid plate so there’s no need to worry if it will get torn open by a rock on the trail!
Depending on your water needs and how many people you’re keeping hydrated, a 30-gallon tank can last for a good, self supported adventure off the grid. And you can always bring more water and refill your tank if it runs low.

The mud flaps were a request from customers who wanted to keep the trailer a little cleaner after being on a muddy or rocky trail where they could kick up debris. They are included with all 2021 models and newer, and are easy to install to Boreas Campers that are 2018 or newer. They can be purchased for $40 here.
As Boreas Campers grows and evolves we are excited to add these improvements and additions to our off road adventure campers.
