PURCHASING A BOREAS CAMPER
Are you ready to get your own Boreas? Check out our purchasing process so you can feel confident every step of the way.
If you are thinking about pulling the trigger on a Boreas offroad camper, you may be wondering what the purchasing process looks like.
When you’re ready to go, you can either stop by our shop, a dealer, or give us a call. Adam (our sales manager) will walk through all of the options available to give you a build price. The options do *not* have to be set in stone at this time, but we like to let you know what is available.
To hold a place in line we take a $3,000.00 deposit. Once you place your deposit you receive a VIN number (this allows you to get paperwork that a financial institution will require if you are financing) and a delivery date. We have worked hard to manage these delivery dates and are currently running on schedule!
30 days out from your build date there is an additional $6,000.00 deposit, at which time both deposits become unrefundable. At this point you will walk through the build sheet again and finalize all options. If financing, remaining balance is due at this point, so we can make sure all financing is in place before starting your build. If financing we will finalize options 60 days out from your build date to get you your 'out the door' price.
It takes between 3-5 days to build each trailer. When your trailer is complete, you will come pick it up and at this time the remaining balance is due (if not financing). Adam will walk you through your new trailer and show you how to work all of the accessories that come with it.
Handling orders in this way allows us to build confidence with each customer with frequent check-ins and manage our inventory and build process.
